• By confirming a reservation, you accept full responsibility for providing accurate personal and travel information.

2. Booking and Payment

• A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the service.
• Payments must be made using the methods accepted by Cusco Esencial.
• Bookings are only considered confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation has been issued.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email.
• Refunds, if applicable, will depend on the policies of airlines, hotels, and service providers involved.
• Some bookings may be non-refundable or subject to cancellation fees.
• Cusco Esencial is not responsible for costs incurred due to flight delays, cancellations, or changes beyond our control.

4. Travel Documents and Requirements

• Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, permits, and any other required travel documents.
• Cusco Esencial will provide guidance but is not responsible for denied entry or travel restrictions due to incomplete or invalid documentation.

5. Health and Safety

• Travelers must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their participation in tours.
• Cusco Esencial reserves the right to decline participation if health or safety could be compromised.
• We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover medical expenses, cancellations, or unforeseen events.

6. Responsibilities of Cusco Esencial

• We strive to provide high-quality travel services as agreed.
• We act as an intermediary between travelers and airlines, hotels, and local operators.
• Cusco Esencial is not liable for acts, errors, or omissions of third-party providers, or for circumstances beyond our control such as weather, strikes, or government actions.

7. Traveler’s Responsibilities

• Respect local customs, traditions, and laws during the trip.
• Arrive on time for tours, transfers, and flights. Cusco Esencial is not responsible for missed services due to delays caused by the traveler.
• Follow the instructions of guides and staff for safety and enjoyment of the experience.

8. Changes to Itineraries

• Cusco Esencial reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to itineraries due to weather, operational, or safety reasons.
• Equivalent or better alternatives will be provided whenever possible.

9. Liability Disclaimer

• Participation in tours and travel services is at the traveler’s own risk.
• Cusco Esencial shall not be held liable for injuries, losses, damages, or additional expenses caused by events beyond its control.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Peru.
• Any disputes shall be resolved under Peruvian jurisdiction.
